This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

Backtagging: Absolutely
Threadhopping: Ask, I'd be game.
Fourthwalling: Nah.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): None.

Hugging this character: In cat form? Absolutely. In human form uh. he'll probably kinda just stand there.
Kissing this character: I'd laugh so go for it. He'd probably be less amused.
Flirting with this character: 'What a pain' would probably be his response but it'd be kind of amusing so why not. Romance is also highly unlikely unless he trusts someone deeply, and that... takes a lot.
Fighting with this character: Kuro is a Servamp-- a 'servant vampire'. Solo, he's pretty much capable of soaking loads of damage and healing from it, as well as some combat ability, but with Mahiru, his Eve, he's capable of a heck of a lot more. He's more prone to running like hell if he's solo without Mahiru to kick him into doing something though, and his combat ability is super limited without Mahiru to provide blood and motivation.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): You could stab him a ton and he'd still heal (eventually) so go for it.
Killing this character: "How do you kill a Servamp we still don't know." With power nerfs happening, absolutely. Otherwise I have no idea *how* this would work, though if he lost his contract item (a bell) and likewise all his jin it might be possible, as the degeneration that causes might kill him.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: .....Please discuss first, the inside of Kuro's mind is. uh. something else. Creepy as heck, a messy maze of issues and demonic cat things. Do not poke without caution.
Other: Yes, Kuro is a vampire. He is however not fond of drinking blood, and under contract is not likely to drink from anyone but Mahiru, and occasionally he'll even refuse to drink from him. No one has to worry about him feeding on random folks, promise.
Unlike most vampires, Servamps can eat/drink like normal humans, and seem to rely on blood for power instead. They grow weak and less capable in combat without it, which is why Eves are necessary. Kuro said he went without blood for hundreds of years before meeting Mahiru in canon, the result being he became as weak as an actual housecat, powerless and incapable of being more than an immortal meatshield.
Also, he turns into a cute black cat when in sunlight (or whenever he feels like it). Blood can allow him to withstand sunlight in his regular form temporarily, but ultimately he spends a lot of daylight hours as a cat.
